Overview
PatientVerifi is a telehealth identity verification system. It authenticates patients remotely and uses automated workflows to reduce risk in virtual care.
Problem
Telehealth needs a reliable way to verify patients without an in-person visit, while still fitting the workflows used by care teams.
My role
Senior React Native Developer at Experts Cloud Private Limited (07/2022 – 09/2023). Built a Twilio Flex-enabled telehealth verification system. Enabled secure remote patient authentication and automated workflows to reduce risk and improve the telehealth experience.
Technical approach
PatientVerifi uses Twilio Flex as the operator surface, with remote authentication and automated verification steps designed to lower risk in virtual appointments.
