About
The work is mobile-first without being mobile-only. React Native is the center of gravity; full-stack TypeScript is how the products stay whole.
I am a Senior React Native and Full-Stack Engineer based in Okara, Pakistan, with 7 years of experience designing and shipping production mobile and web applications. My work covers the full path from interface to infrastructure: React Native and React on the client, Node.js and GraphQL on the server, and deployment through CI/CD.
At Mailmunch I work remotely as a Senior Software Engineer on consumer products — Shopbae, an AI-powered shopping platform; Fofo, an AI-powered digital memory product; and PairStreak, a private social app for couples. Alongside that I ship Feast, a two-sided marketplace with customer and chef iOS apps for in-home personal chef experiences. These products sit at the intersection of mobile engineering, product design, and applied AI.
Before that, at Experts Cloud, I built identity verification systems for financial institutions and telehealth — VerifiNow and PatientVerifi — integrating Twilio Flex, voice biometrics, facial recognition, government ID checks, and liveness detection into agent dashboards. I also shipped mobile work for Yesaal, supporting VIA and Ligguey’s mission to create dignified employment in the informal sector, and implemented realtime communication with WebSocket, Socket.io, BlueJeans, and Incode.
Earlier roles at ZamStudios and TectSoft were grounded in cross-platform product work: pixel-accurate React Native and Next.js interfaces, Socket.io-powered communication, food ordering, fitness, multi-service booking, and pet care — with Node.js, Express, Firebase, and Firestore on the backend.

09/2023 — Present
Building consumer mobile and web products that combine React Native, full-stack TypeScript, and AI-powered product features.
Skills
Grouped from the resume. No proficiency bars, no invented tools.
Cross-platform product engineering for iOS and Android.
Web interfaces and application architecture.
APIs and server-side systems for production products.
Persistence for mobile and web products.
Live sessions, messaging, and contact-center workflows.
Applied AI features inside production products.
Verification and device-level integrations.
Application state for mobile and web clients.
Verification and runtime inspection of React Native apps.
Build, release, and automation.
Technical architecture
A working map of the technologies from the resume — clients down through APIs, data, external services, and delivery.
Engineering approach
Derived from the kind of work in the resume: production mobile clients, backend systems, native SDKs, AI features, and CI/CD.
01
Start from the product: who it is for, the constraint that matters, and the workflow it has to live in. Shopping, identity verification, telehealth, food ordering, and private social products all fail in different ways if that context is skipped.
02
Shape the system before filling screens. Client, API, data, and third-party services are decided together so a React Native app is not designed in isolation from GraphQL, PostgreSQL, or a native SDK.
03
Implement the interface with production constraints in mind: TypeScript, reusable React Native and React surfaces, and motion that serves the interaction — Reanimated, Skia, and Gesture Handler where the UI needs to feel physical.
04
Connect the product to the rest of the system: REST and GraphQL, Socket.io and WebRTC, push notifications, native modules, Twilio Flex, Incode, BlueJeans, and OpenAI Assistant APIs when the product actually needs them.
05
Verify behavior with Jest and inspect running apps with Flipper and Reactotron. Identity verification and realtime sessions are not places to discover issues only after release.
06
Ship through CI/CD. GitHub Actions and Fastlane cover the path from commit to iOS, Android, and web so release is part of the engineering system rather than a manual afterthought.
07
Production work continues after launch: performance, native module updates, notification reliability, and the slow accumulation of product quality. End-to-end ownership includes that part.
Applied AI
AI shows up in my recent work as product capability, not as a separate research track. The documented use is OpenAI Assistant APIs and Whisper, applied inside consumer products at Mailmunch.
Shopbae uses AI for personalized product recommendations. Fofo uses AI to categorize saved content, generate insights, and support intelligent search.
OpenAI Assistant APIs are part of the production stack used for conversational and assistant-style product behavior.
Whisper is part of the AI toolchain used alongside Assistant APIs.
This section covers AI integrations and LLM usage inside shipped products. It does not claim RAG systems, agent platforms, or foundation-model work beyond what the resume documents.
